Yusuf Arsiwala
Founding Partner & Principal, Architecture & Landscape
His interest in water-sensitive urban design stems from a deep-rooted belief in climate resilience and the crucial role of sustainable water management in achieving global climate goals. His approach to landscape design is fluid, guided by the natural movement of water, ensuring that the built environment is sustainable, community-centric, and harmonious with its surroundings.
Before founding RBC, Yusuf gained valuable experience with both governmental and corporate organizations, which honed his ability to manage and execute complex projects. He worked with the Delhi Jal Board and AECOM India on water body rejuvenation projects, including the Rajokari Lake in Delhi, the Gomti Riverfront in Lucknow, and street design projects such as Golf Course Road in Gurugram.
His approach to design is characterized by honesty, integrity, and a relentless pursuit of perfection, driven by his desire to build lasting relationships with clients. Beyond work, Yusuf finds joy in traveling, birdwatching, and indulging his passion for food.Yusuf Arsiwala is the Founder and Principal at RootBridge Collab, with over
15 years of diverse experience in architecture, landscape, and urban design.
He is an Architect, holding a master’s in urban design from CEPT University,
Ahmedabad. His professional journey is distinguished by expertise in
water-sensitive landscapes and large-scale urban design projects. He has a
keen eye for detail and adeptly translates ideas into reality.
His interest in water-sensitive urban design stems from a deep-rooted belief

Priyanka’s work focuses on creating people-centric urban environments that balance movement, safety, and public life. Her approach integrates mobility planning with urban design to enhance accessibility, inclusivity, and everyday user experience.
She has been involved in diverse urban-scale projects, collaborating closely with communities, government bodies, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver context-sensitive and implementable design solutions.
Through her exposure to international programs and leadership courses, Priyanka brings a global perspective to local challenges, applying best practices in road safety, placemaking, and sustainable urban mobility.
Priyanka Sulkhlan, Co-founder and Principal of Urban Design and Mobility at RootBridge Collab, brings over 15 years of expertise to the realm of design. Priyanka is an Architect, holding a master’s in urban design from CEPT University, Ahmedabad, supplemented by participation in prestigious global programs like the Ando Program in Japan and the Global Road Safety Leadership Course in the USA.
